Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a service or otherwise engaging AirCond Master, you agree to these terms and to applicable Malaysian laws.
2. Services
We provide government-licensed aircon services across Cheras and the Klang Valley, including:
- Aircon repair and diagnostics
- Aircon chemical wash and chemical overhaul
- Aircon installation, replacement and removal
- Refrigerant gas top up (R32, R410A and R22 where stocks allow)
- Commercial aircon servicing and maintenance contracts
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are confirmed in writing or via WhatsApp before work begins. We don't add hidden charges or upsell during the job. Significant scope changes will be re-quoted and re-approved before continuing.
4. Bookings, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules where possible. Urgent breakdowns are handled on a best-effort basis — we'll always be honest about ETAs.
5. Workmanship & Warranty
We stand by our work. Installation comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Repairs are warrantied for the specific fault repaired, for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranty on supplied units is per the manufacturer's terms.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please provide reasonable site access on the agreed appointment time, disclose any electrical or structural issues that may affect work, and keep pets and children clear of the work area during service.
7. Liability
AirCond Master is responsible for damage directly caused by negligence in our service work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, pre-existing faults, or issues arising from third-party equipment we did not supply or install.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
